This song is a masterpiece, so emotional, powerful and deep, reminds me of struggle for life of every living being and their strength to keep going on, as well as our beautiful and abused planet keeps going round the Sun. Less than one year. So long lasted the most intense relationship of my 45-years life. This song smells of that foregone love. Hate you, Roby. Love you still, Roby.
Man, Markus Vanhala is the master mind of these sweet riffs and melodies. Jukka is making OmG more unique with his amazing vocal, but all are doing great job
Listening to Omnium Gatherum for the first time. My first thought was "this is very beautiful and the vocals are something different from other harsh vocals i have heard so far, I like that very much" and was surprised by the comments about not liking the vocals and so on.
Tucker dude, I've listened to metal since I was 13, I'm now 39. Morbid Angel is the first band that got me into metal. I've no problem with growls. You're blinded by your personal beliefs. Just because it's metal it doesn't have to growl to show its metal. Fact is the vocals don't suit most of their songs im afraid.

daysofwinter1 I saw the same show but in Portland. I thought exmortus was a lot of fun. I loved his high pitch wail. Im not usually a thrash fan but all three bands put on an awesome show.
And that is how you make a non-embarrassing metal video. You don't need idiots running around in woods... with axes or something... or fast cutting to make video more intense, or other useless gimmicks. Just show the epicness of the real world. Very pretty.
Without his epic vocals this wouldn't be an Omnium Gatherum song. Jukka is the very trademark of Omnium's sound. I myself love the vocals, they are so powerful and emotional and really fits the song. But to each his own taste.
Before i found gojira , they were my favourite band . i'm still trying to get to see them live . Plus this summer i'm gonna practice drums . I hope that listening to Paoli will have some after-effects on me and maybe i become a mini-kraken :))
The absolute contrast between beautifulness, profundity and sadness, combined with and bit of rage too. Just enters in my mind and consumes my soull until the last breath.

Vocals, band etc. Are top notch. These guys are the best thing in this genre of music these days. Keeping that soulful melodic 90's sound with an updated feel. They're open minded, in their musical tastes, and it really shows in the craftsmanship of their songs. The haters obviously didn't grow up during this time, the time of creativity. Metal songs can have melody, sensitivity, and brutality together.
What a great song. A master piece. I just discover this band and I found it awsome. Because of bands like this, i´m really happy to be part of a great family called "metal fans
Markus needs more solos while in Insomnium, he has the perfect blend of technicality and emotion. I also wish I could understand what Jukka is saying, its probably very meaningful.
I can't stop watching this perfect music video. The song is an absolute masterpiece, I've seen this band live twice at this song and it's such a great experience.
What a beautiful video! I went to see them in Clifton Park, New York. I didn't have money to buy VIP ticket but after their show I just bumped into them. I told them that I crossed a border and traveled hundreds of miles to see them. Jukka huged me and I still haven't washed their tour t shirt I wore at that moment.
