@@steelsymen5529214~6[K]HS. Basically you do the motion, then press forward, then K and HS a bit staggered (put your fingers in a way where you hit K slightly before HS). It's kinda finicky as you have around a 2-3 frame window, I myself still can't do it consistently.
BRC is a useful defensive tool for delayed offense and purposeful resets with gaps but I don't think they actually realise that and just press random buttons because they're in like floor 5
