In this video I had received a digital speedo meter of bajaj pulsar bs6 model ,
From -ROHAN THAKARAM ,SOUTH GOA
When I open this meter to trace the issue I had to see that there are lots of dry mudd available inside the meter and PCB also corrosion and major components are damaged there pins ,than ask rohan ji about this and when I listened his answer I was stuns
Bike was suffered a big flood and bike was dropped in flood water ,
Well I I don have any idea to repair this meter but it was an challenge for me n I accept this chalange started work with this meter finally I am able to make this meter as like new one .
Components I had change
1-arrey hex inverter ic ac04
2,aur S2600D
3,bcp 56
4,t5n low drop voltage transistor
5,d7824 power regulator transistor
6,10 meg 4 resistor
7,10 kilo ohm's 6 resistor
8,motor Right side coil re winding

sir mere pulser 150 bs4 me meter me jo RPM ki sui aati hai vo Tut gayi hai to kya karna chahiye ?

Thanks for comment ,if your needle broken ,than go to the nearest meter technician workshop ask him about any old damage meter and tak needles from
