The great thing about grasp is that it infinitely scales. The damage has a very slow scale rate though. So it’s good on champs who are usually trading in melee range. Nasus players usually take fleet for sustain, but I like to go grasp because you can use Q on a grasp stack to increase further damage on top of a sheen, so that scares enemy players a bit. They are not expecting the damage to be so high.

Getting a LA will also trigger on your traps, so you can kinda counter tank or high hp champs. I say kinda because the traps themselves don’t do much, they are basically a primer for the jump/pounce ability
