You can’t beat early 2000’s funky vocal piano house. I’m no fossil who says they don’t make it how they did then. But there’s something about the innocence of that time, before mainstream media, when the internet was still a vast unexplored ocean, gatecrasher, trance, house and progressive. The 2000’s were undoubtedly the best start to any decade. I was unfortunately born just too late. But was a kid and have fond vivid memories of these early years. Shit phones, fat computers, dial up ect.
@@david87trs believe it or not I’m born in 98’ so I actually have no right making this point, especially saying “I’m no fossil” 🤣 however, my sister was born in the mid 80’s and grew up around this time with all the early funky house cd’s ect, even the early ministry of sound mixes. My life has revolved around gatecrasher and all the stuff I’ve mentioned and I have an immense sense of nostalgia with my earliest memories tying to all this music. I produce my own turns these days, but my point still stands. Nothing will beat the feeling of this early era. I know I missed out. But I feel I belong in that time.
@@Deleted11100 I'm feeling exactly like you, except I was born in 2000 and I found all this tunes by myself as a House lover. Damn, I wish I had experienced Mambo Café or Space or just Ibiza during 2000-2006. Nowadays, House music is still good, but it's slower. If you take Disco House, it used to be more House than Disco, nowadays it's the other way around, Micheal Gray's productions and discography evolution is the best example, no track of his recent discography can match The Weekend or Borderline
Hello, I've been listening to your channel for a long time, you have great taste and tracks. There are many different gems of house music and if you ever come across a track on vinyl => Soul Planet Feat. Michelle "Storm" David - I Can't Wait (For Saturday To Begin) (Club Mix) please digitize it.🤝
