BUN KABAB WRITTEN RECIPE :
Ingredients:
Onion sliced 2
Tomato sliced 2
Buns 6
Oil 1 cup
Eggs whipped 5
For Daal Tikki:
Gram lentil boiled 3 cups
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder 2 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Garlic 1 tbsp
Ginger 1tbsp
For Chutney:
Fresh coriander ½ bunch
Mint ½ bunch
Green chilies 8-10
Tamarind paste ½ cup
Salt 1 tbsp
METHOD:
For DaalTikki:-
Add all the ingredients of Tikka along with 2 cups of water. Bring it to a boil and cook on high heat for 15 minutes Dry all the liquid. Grind and make Tikki. Set aside.
For Chutney:
Add all the ingredients of chutney to a blender along with 1 cup of water blend well and set aside.
Heat a little oil in pan. Dip the Tikki in whipped egg and fry on both aside for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove in a little oil. Fry the buns on both sides. Spoon chutney on a bun, place tomato slices, onion and then Tikki, spoon chutney once and cover with top and serve.
