    Thank you, nice video! Do you think that can be usefull to check each cell and just change the weaker ones? Or just part of the bigger cell, the one or 3,7V? Is it possibile to buy them new or used, and if yes where? Thank you for the reply! Gianluigi

    Hi Man, I Think the BMS if You put some new cells it should adjust something, I tell You this, because when I brought the Twizy it has 53% of SOH, now it has 57% so BMS should calibrate with some charges to 100% and discharges to 0%.

      My theory is just like that but never seen the Twizy's BMS go backwards... that's because I only do a total charge and discharge on the batteries I regenerate...
