@Ado702 from what I know the story goes, the clock man (Taboritsky) went with a system in TNO called The Burgundian System (go look it up) which made some...Questionable genocides in several countries (In the Eurasia, Mainly All Russian states/ counties in the Empire) to be "Pure in the name of God" and to find a dead child from the last Tsar Nicholas II which in reality is dead... I hope this makes a better understanding for it
