Her vibrato and the tone of her voice took me to a whole other demention. And Joe....wow, that man sure knows how to make that guitar sing. Holy Moly! Btw- they perform as individual artists also.so you can check out that way also...beths earlier years (4-8 yrs)more sitting at her keyboards playing and singing.different side of her. She was a star search contestant years ago.
Beth Hart is an AMAZING singer. But Joe Bonamassa completely fills the space when he steps forward. His sound is just so strong, piercing, clean, and controlled at every moment. An absolutely stunning guitarist.

Joe is not the greatest singer, but he plays a guitar intro he calls "India" to open the song, and his guitar actually sounds like Indian music. He just absolutely makes his guitar sing😊. It is so sweet🤗. Thanks Pat💖👏👏👏.
Both Beth and Joe are blues icons. Joe started playing blues guitar when he was barely out of diapers! While his little friends were listening to pop, rock, rap, etc., Joe never was interested. He immersed himself in the blues, and loved the old blues artists (Muddy Waters, BB King, Etta James, Ray Charles, etc.). Joe was playing professionally before he even got into his teens, opening for BB King at the age of 12). He is commonly referred to as a child prodigy (in blues guitar). I don't know as much of Beth's background, but she seems to have slowly become more of a blues artist herself, She and Joe have collaborated quite a bit, although "I'd Rather Go Blind" seems to be about the only song they did together that non-hardcore blues fans seem to be aware of. Too bad, because they are SO good together.
There are a couple of videos of them recording in the studio that are killer. Please check out them doing Black Coffee and especially Nutbush City Limits. Also Beth doing a single called Bang Bang Boom Boom. It has a real feel of Las Vegas in the Mob days of the '50s.
