Larry was a guest for the World LOG LIFT Challenge as he was trying to beat the American Log lift Record held by Rob KEARNEY at the time.

Iron Biby is so humble.
Bro, you just lifted a 220kg log over your head. There is nothing to apologize for!
He’s got the record now!! 🙌🏽😁
@@dennissmith7214 after I realized this video is from 2019, I looked it up. Iron Biby kept his promise to set the record! He's a strong dude for sure!
@@millerjohn619 Yeah and in the weirdest way on a 3rd attempt 😳……….if iron bibby can get it to his shoulders those big ass arms will do the rest! 🙌🏽🤭
Big Z still rules!
I lifted 140 kg for biceps for 2 reps can you???
crazy when a man is that strong and doesn't quite get his goal he apologizes to the crowd, As if he owes them something. Someone who thinks about others more then himself that is a true sportsman right there.
It blows my mind that i am almost 2 years older than Larry Wheels, yet he makes me feel like a child😅
This is from years ago, Larry Wheels is 28 right now.
you should see him at 18
Don't worry.
In about 15-20 years he will be basically paralyzed just like Ronnie, and he won't make you feel like a child anymore.
It's been downhill since Arnold's Era.
That what happens when you take that much juice
@@ragedarealist6545 lol you think it's that easy
Biby promissed it, and he finally got it. Man of his words
Is he broke the record ?
The fact that Larry who is so much smaller than a vast majority of strongman competitors was able to get out there and barely fail the lift is incredibly impressive. He may not be as strong as the other contenders but you have to commend him for at least trying the lift.
He is even stronger than almost half of the field. He was ranked in the mid table in this event.
Don’t give the guy a participation trophy. Larry is an exceptional talent but he needs to focus and build to win things. Rob Kearney took the record he went for. And Biby did even more.
Lmao he still failed it
he beat the stohlman twins and tied with half thor in the event youre definitely underselling what he did
@@Greenstrtjs87 yeah just in this event
Peak gear Larry was something else.
Lmao he didn’t even come close to making it
This Larry was the best Larry
Nah the present Larry is definitely the best and healthies
@@leveluplars healthiest ish, but not the best.
@@MrSimonsonLifts nahh present Larry’s indeed best Larry
We only have the current Larry cause this Larry would probably end up becoming the dead Larry
@@randydominguez666 nah
The title should be IRON BIBY SMASHES both the mountain and larry wheels.
I’m not the only feeling weird seeing Luke fail under 200kg log
Thing of the past
I cant believe I never saw this until now. Didnt know Larry tried a strongman event before.
yea he didn't do so good, he failed to qualify for amateur strongman
@Roy Batty he needs to put on weight to be a strong man. I bet pound 4 pound he is the strongest
@@suttonspeshul5585 It's more than that. He lacks the frame and skeletal structure of a strongman.
Still, lifting over 200kg overhead is insane nonetheless 🫡🍷🗿
@@roybatty-This. Elite Strongman competitors are at least 6’3 and weight around + 315 pounds. Very very large frames. Which is not the case of Larry Wheels.
Strong as Larry is, he just doesn't have the sheer mass. Big Z had the most powerful shoulders I've ever seen
This version of Larry was good times to be honest; I think Larry could have excelled in strongman, but Larry's strength would have been in static events. The problem is that Larry would have needed to gain slightly more body fat to avoid injuries. Larry's injuries seem to come from being either too lean, or otherwise technique.
Who you talking about? It’s not clear.
@@Lupidaloop 😆 🤣
Can you please explain what body fat have to do with injuries? I am just curious to know...
@@amans2 Aside from it's importance in transmuting vitamins for muscle growth, it also helps in protecting cell membranes, and is needed to provide muscle growth overall. So if you're hard training, depending on your body endo, you'll need to have a % ratio of fat to protein intake. To be fair I'm alluding to macro dieting, for the most part. If you're too lean, then likely your body is not as hydrated as it should be, can lead to injuries in the long run or tears right away.
Not from being too lean. Every one of his injuries came from being in a cold environment. That bicep tear was outdoors in cloudy, cold weather.
Very nicely edited..
I wish Larry carried on with Strongman, wasn't meant to be though.
just needed another 100lb to be competitive.
He’d gotten injured
He could 100% he has the body structure too
he needs to be bigger. gotta get that power gut in
Bone structure to slim
I feel like my spine would snap doing that log thing
BiB so good he barely has to lift the bar, like short arms huge chest make bench much easier
After training log press with Thor for only 3 weeks (the first time in his life), he was able to beat Brian Shaw and matched Thor, both of whom are much bigger and have trained log press for a decade.
Its important to point out that there are a load of events in strongman, and athletes like Brian and Thor dont usually specialise one event. But Larry is indeed a phenom.
@@thorthewolf8801 But the log press has been the perennial event in Strongman for decades, dating back to the '70s. My point was just stating that Larry was awesome for his size and newness (to a new event), not to say he was a better Strongman. 😆
@@ytsux9259 How long an event has been in strongman is irrelevant, because its one of many events.
It was 3 months as I remember but anyway that is also impressive.
3 years wasnt it?
Bill Kazmier is still looking jacked! I started watching Strongman back when he was doing it.
He is a cool dude , i love it wen he is training armwrestling with devon
Thanks
Just think if Big Z pushed only the log record it'd be untouchable
Same for Eddie with deadlift. But still I would say Iron Biby probably would have gotten it, Bibi has the strongest shoulders in mankind history that's for sure. If he has Big Z's consistency he will be untouchable
@Dummy eddie did that though
When did big z ever enter a log lift only event?
He'd have hit 240 no doubt
Big Z is the strongman GOAT
@@dummy9517 You mean Hafthor. Yes indeed, if Hafthor had pushed only his deadlift without regard for his long term health, he would have set an untouchable record, which is obvious to anyone with any semblance of reason. Eddie Hall tried and failed, and would never have been able to do that regardless.
Hafthor "only" lifted 1 kilogram more than Eddie, however it is clear to anyone who watched his journey and who watched the event that Hafthor could have pulled much more if he had wanted to that day, 510 at the least, which that alone would have been basically untouchable for an indeterminate amount of time.
Superb
My lower back felt that.
3:48 mini Eddie hall 🤣🤣🤣
Eddie Small
Does indeed look like him
Ultimate show of human Man strength 💪 by Larry Wheels 😬🤙
Iron Bibby!!! You pressed 2020 kgs and 2nd to the big Z only!!! You are still young, your achievement is awesome!! Do not apologize, give yourself time!!! Awesome achievement!!!! 😼 😎 🌹 ❤️
Larry is a Monster!
Gear monster!
This video is already 4 years old I thought it was recent.
Larry power unbelievable
Mis respetos
Larry Weels, attempted to lift 214KG log lift, great Job
wow... To think how many times Luke has done 200kg or more since then and sometimes making it look routine.
Yeah true, but for Larry to get to 205 log that quick is probably the most impressive I've ever seen
He even did it better than thor at the gym
Man said very difficult labour
People don't understand how obscenely difficult it is to firstly move that kind of weight from knee to shoulder height, let alone to shoulder press it. The body just isn't designed to lift nearly that amount of weight - that's the equivalent of 3 well built men being lifted above your shoulders - its unbelievable strength
I need to get into this competition. I do 230lbs all the time. That would be the world record
Man this ain't lbs competition but kgs, lmao 😆😆😆
@@thor6355 clearly a troll comment and you fell for it
4 Years ago, Larry Wheels is 29 this year
When was this?
"tree goes forward" XD
👏👏👏
Bibby has some dang CVS brand wrist wraps 👀......come on SBD, HELP a future legend out💪💪💪💪
24? I didn’t expect that 😳😳
Larry é foda dms
💪
The commentators knew Iron Biby's bread and butter, the number of his brothers and sisters enough, to mention.
OMG, Kazmeier is very massive
Bill Kaz Still looks freaking jacked
Why is wheels in all caps in the title
Halfthor gains a lot of power back very quickly
4 years ago??
Larry has so much roads in him he does not need to be as big as the strong men
Kaz is eternally jacked.
Incredible he’s only 24.
Is this footage from 2019?
Yes - says in description💪
Kaz is jacked for a guy in his mid 60s
Big Z is still untouchable!! Lithuanian power!!
Iron Biby has the WR now at 229 kg.
💪🙏👍🙂❤🇺🇦
Доброго дня !
Let's see Wheels reduce down to 75KG and clean and jerk 225kg like Alexander Varbanov.
Three times bodyweight. He also cleaned 507lbs (230 kgs).
Title is for Larry Wheels, but he couldn't even lift it high enough on his attempt. I wouldn't understand the logic on setting the title for someone who couldn't lift beyond his chest.
But he sure is in great shape. A great future ahead.
Reminds of the great Jon.pall singassnon from Iceland I am a viking proper strongman
Larry is 119 kg and almost lifted it, rest of them body weight too high compared to him
I know im late, but it just makes me wonder how strong Larry would be if he bulked up to 350 or 400+ lbs like these guys
he would break many lifting records i have no doubt
Don't think he had the frame for it really, he's a fair bit smaller than strongmen outside of hicksy but hicksy is thick with big bones while Larry has more slender bones. His upper body was probably at max and his legs were skinny and wouldn't go much further
Some fat definitely would have helped him in strongman but i don't think he could go that heavy
@@manfrombritain6816 I disagree but respect your points
@@mrlabnilla Larry had so many injuries already, he would never made it. He is not built for strongman.
Lmao look at that little guy go 😂
He weighs over 30 stones…
Sure let me just bust out my dungeons and dragons graph and oh yes he weighs .3761 Smaug’s 😂
I don’t understand why Larry gave up on strongman. Now he just films gym workouts
Then Anatoly came asking to clean.
24yo! I thought he was in his late 30s early 40s 😮
2:36
Graham was locked as bibys record
Haha - Larry trying to do 214 wearing what looks like regular casual pants lol
The frist 1 at the Begining at the video is a strong man its Nice to se he lift whit hes arms and chest and not whit the belly 😎💪🏼
not bad
24. Looks 40
Thor has no leg drive on log press. Def needs wrk on that
4:07
LARRY WHEELS
😅
Larry wheels in my opinion is always saying he knows everything and doesn’t
Is it really a LOG lift if the log has been altered to have handles and whatever else they have done to it?
4:54 It says that iron bibby is 170kg then the commentator says he's over 30 stone. 30 stone is 190kg 😂
2:15
As always, Larry Wheels is good only in internet.
Larry used to own 3 powerlifting total world record in 3 differents weught classes smartass. And he entered that comp just for fun against open division strongmen and still did really great
They just reuploaded the same video from 2019 with another title. Very misleading sh...
I did 315lbs when I was 20, as a natty and 220lb weight. This weight is crazy.
Larry so much more impressive, only over 200 lbs. They're all massive guys and he's almost as strong, and would beat them in the gym on alot of lifts
Iron biby and russian grizzly should work out together
The lifter would have to take lots of performance enhancers to do this
How the title Larry wheels but Iron Bibby makes the lift? I guess it's better for the algorithm smh
why is he wearing his glasses
Uploaded this 2 days ago.... actual footage from 4 years ago... come on guys lol.
That is what I thought looked old cause Thor isn’t that big anymore.
Kaz still looking like a tank
Isn't Larry Wheels on TRT now? Doesn't seem fair compared to the guys on triple that with some anadrol and deca added to that.
This is old footage when Larry was juicing hard
This was in 2019
He wasn't back then
What can an average guy put over their head? 150-200lbs???
"11 brothers and sisters but hes the biggest" yeah id hope so 😅
If Larry would use his legs for more drive he would have gotten it easily.
He used more leg drive than Biby
I didn't know Larry did strongman competitions. He has low body fat compared to most others.
On trt he its unreal
This took place in 2019.
Why is it uploaded now? Makes no sense to me whatsoever.
Iron biby is such a massive human!!
I look at him and a gorilla and wonder who indeed would win...?
No joke.. the man could probably wrestle one and win...
Iron Biby vs Silverback 2023??
iron biby is incredibly strong, but wouldnt stand a chance against a silverback haha
"14 inch thick deltoids" lol. Wonder how wide they are
They should have a separate class for natty athletes.
I'm surprised he hasn't had a heart attack the amount of gear he's on.
I just don’t think it is possible. We are pushing WELL BEYOND what the human body should be capable of. But to be the best, sacrifices must be made.
There is a separate class. They call it Crossfit.
@@j.gilbert429 top crossfit athletes are the opposite of natty though
I would just like to see what a natural human body can do. I respect that more, even if it’s a lesser weight.
He's only 24??? Why does it feel like he's been around forever?
This is 4 years old
@@J.c410 Duh, thanks. 28 makes a little more sense, still amazing what he's accomplished in that time. He's like the youngest old timer :D.
With all due respect??!! Breaking any record in training has no meaning!!! It has to be achieved in an official competition in an international event!!!
All these guys are awesomely strong 💪!!!!
Has no meaning to who? you? You go lift the log
Сильний чи важкий?Важкий так?
