The night in night error is in fact a hint at nightmare! i kind combined nightmare and error to make him and the name despite there being many differences between all charters. On the other hand, Day ink is not a reference to Dream, i already have a dream lol. in this multiverse night error replace error and day ink replace ink. hope this helps! ♥
Oh yeah the reason I said it’s nightmare error stuff is bc this game called Undertale crazy multiverse timeline has a character called nighterror which is error but gooey and with tentacles
