The team can't afford to lose him to another.
Honestly, wouldn't mind Groove to poach him. Groove team is proving to be the crowd favourite and no matter how good JL does if they keep getting second place, those yellow cards are eventually going to catch up to him.
That's why I think Changsub won't get him, the same reason Woongki cannot be taken from Beat. They are the star players of the teams. It is also possible the management won't let the directors take them. Just a hunch tho.
