this looks like it's just a modified just dance 2014. i mean considering japan never got just dance 4 i can see why they had to mod or rip the menu and songs from other just dance games.
Your best luck is finding a copy of it in Japan or through Yahoo Auctions via using Japan Proxy Services easily. But It's Japan exclusive and the Wii U is Region Locked so... either Mod your Wii U to bypass it or buy a Japanese Wii U.
