- After finding out Bastila Shan turned to the dark side of the Force on top of the Rakatan Temple, Revan invaded the Star Forge to find Bastila so he can stop her from using her Battle Meditation to destroy the Republic's forces. He also redeems Bastila by using the power of love to win her back to the light side. I apologize for the lack of video quality versus my other videos, but it was the only way to keep it under 100 megabytes.

I think this confrontation between Revan and Bastila on the Star Forge is more impactful and meaningful in comparison to the one on the Rakatan Temple. This confrontation on the Star Forge is testing both Revan and Bastila, but primarily testing their bond between each other and their undeniable love. This is the moment where Bastila doesn't deny her feelings for Revan.
Well, I do perform one Dark side action everytime I play and ever will play. I always kill Bendak Starkiller.

I loved it when she said "Good luck my love and may the force be with you."Grea character and the actress who put the lovely voice behind it.
It's really hard to retain gray status in this game because in the end you have to make a decision at the top of the temple when confronting Bastila and those are either huge light side or dark side points. Now if you want to end gray, you need to be light or dark and then make your decision when it comes to Bastila. Basically you can never start gray and end gray in the game.

i normally play as a dark side character but i love this part of the game when bastila tells you that she loves you it always puts a smile on my face
I love this game when it came out years ago.Still great to play over and over.Plus the love story between the two of them is awesome.
It is rare to see such a love story between the Jedi.I loved how the game ended and never thought they could fall in love.Plus leave the ending up to you.I believe they can live happy.
She is a great voice actor. Half the time I don't ever know it's her voice because she's so damn good. Like in Soul Cailber she did the voice of Tira. I hella didn't know that was her.
I love the KOTOR storyline. For me it was the main reason I played it. I would encourage some random KOTOR geek like myself to write a book about it. But I do wish there had been a more intimacy here. I know Bioware didn't have any animations, but it would make for a good ending romance for the game and also a good mod!

The thing is if Anakin didn't have that attachment in the first place, he fall to the dark side wouldn't have happened. This is a case that shows why the Jedi caution against love.
When I play this game, I am grayed as opposed to choosing. There are advantages to being both light and dark. So, I figured why not do both. But for the ending, I choose light.
Well for the love option you need to Romance with Bastila before she gets captured, and reject her temptations to join the Dark Side to be able to save her.

I used to use a double bladed lightsaber, that along with flurry and knights speed (or what ever its called) owns nearly everything in like 1 hit.

Yes they do, it's a box set: Star Wars, The best of PC. It has five games included, counting KOTOR. It runs for about $40.00 or so at Target. It includes Jedi Outcast, Republic Commando, Empire at War, and Star Wars Battlefront as the other four titles. It also has a 14 day trial to SWG.
KOTOR II ran for half the price, so I ended up paying $60.00 for the two KOTOR games, and I believe every penny spent was worth it.

Well, this is a new one. Usually people are shocked that you can redeem Bastila.
I wear Calo Nord's battle armor for its high protection levels. Plus, When Upgraded, I become immune to critical hits, and more importantly, mind affecting powers. Combine that with the breath mask and electrical capacitance belt, I become well fortified against many attacks dark side users can throw at me. Most lightside attacks can't be stopped by those. Besides, using two well uprgraded lightsabers gives me enough power to not need dark side powers
That is true. But it is not the same for all. Which is probably what scares the masters the most. Some fall because of love some don't. Anakin was an unfortunate victim to those feelings.

Hi, it's True_Sith. I didn't you were on TH-cam as well (well, at least not under the same name)... That's the best moment in the whole first KoTOR; I could watch it over and over and... that's what I'm doing! ;-)
The Jedi masters are alwyas talking about how love and other strong emotions lead to the dark side, yet love saved Bastila, saved femrevan in the alternate Carth romance DS ending, and I'm pretty sure it saved Galen (Vader's Secret Apprentice) too.
There is no Dark Side, Smee07; there is only one Force, period.

I'm not here to argue that point. They caution against it to try and prevent any and all from falling, I'm only saying that it is not the same for everyone. Some understand how to control their emotions that they may not fall. The lure to the fall and the fall depend on the individual. I don't know if I'm making any sense and whether or not I just managed to contradict my first statement, but yeah....

That's easy to do if you want no challenge. If I really wanted to, I could use a instant death lightsaber and it would be all over quickly.
I gave Bastila in this duel lots of increased attributes, which is why it takes some time to break her down.
And it was love that led Anakin Skywalker to the dark side.

I love Revan as a male. Male light side is canon, and the canon storyline is so much better.

Well they did confess their love but Revan restored remembered the threat in the out rim the reason he became Sith so he left to stop them leaving her behind because where he went she couldn't travel, Bastila tough programmed the droid to return with the Bbon Bawk and find her if something happened to Revan. Which is why the Ebon Hawk returns in Kotor 2 it was on its way back to Bastila. Revan most likely died since in Old Republic the Sith return.
No, the add on won't stop you from getting beat up like that. Anyway, that is the surpose of this mod. To add a challenge. That's why I mentioned that in the description. It's for advanced users. If you don't like the new challenges, then don't use the mod and keep having it easy when you play.
well u should probuly turn up the difficulty to difficult the hardesest mode

I was referring to "coming with the game" type content, basically what was the differences coming out of the box. I do know that Yavin was downloadable content for the Xbox.

The only problem I have with Canon is that they say it's canon that the Exile is Female.. Yet it says IN GAME "He" and "Him"... So I really refuse to trust anything 'confirmed' by Lucas /sigh, But on a lighter note Bastilla's thoughts "I LOVE HIM, I HATE HIM, I LOVE HIM, I HATE HIM!!... I LOVE HIM AND HATE HIM!! V.V!!"
My persuasion was like 8 or 9, not to mention I had the dominate mind ability.

Can you get Bastila to rejoin your party?
Not many people are going to believe Revan because they think Revan is a dead man/woman. It's like Yuthura said, Revan hid behind a mask, so not many people knew what he/she looked like. There's not reason for anybody that wasn't close to Revan to know that he/she is still alive.
Someone like Uthar could sense there was something different about your character is why he could accept that fact. Oh, and Yuthura believes you to if you do that part of the side quest correctly.
if you like to be an ass in the game, dark is fun
but if you like to help people and save others, light is fun

@JediShemL I have the same Bastila mod you have but whe she equips the robes I can see through the metalic parts of them, I heard that the evmap had to be changed to CM_Baremetal but I did that and nothing changed, I went back into the kotor tool and it had reverted back to ''DEFAULT'' now i'm afraid to change it as I have other mods that have changed appearnce.2da. Is their another way to add cm_baremetal or a mod that uses the tsl patcher to add it or am I doomed to see though Bastila forever?
They used to be on PCGM before it crashed and burned!
