🔴 SALPICAO ingredients:
150g ham
150g mozzarella cheese
1 large carrot
2 small potatoes
1 medium red onion
½ red pepper
½ yellow pepper
1 can of duet (½ corn and ½ peas)
1 green apple
½ lemon
½ cup of raisins
⅓ cup chopped olives
1 package of straw potatoes (100g)
FOR THE CHICKEN
300g chicken breast
2 teaspoons of salt
500ml of water
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
⅓ teaspoon turmeric
⅓ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon of olive oil
FOR THE SAUCE
1 box of cream (200g)
200g mayonnaise
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
