Any chance you have a pdf checklist for all armor in this game. I’ve searched but can’t find anything. But I thought you mentioned it in one of these vids. Thanks for everything
May want to cover pristine zora claymore for dps. While wet using the sage water shield to stay wet you deal double damage. A +10 with white lynel horn deals a tasty 164 damage
Also octorock weapon boosting a lv1 has to be boosted twice to get yellow bonuses at lv3. My hyrule shield sits at 100 defence.
Attaching claymores to shields deals damage when parring. Also cuts grass and tree trunks 😅
Ravio's hood increases your sideways speed because in A Link Between World, you turn into a painting that moves inside walls.
Oh yeah, I always wondered why they chose sideways climbing speed

100% agree, Sheik's mask should definitely work as part of the stealth set. It seems like one of the largest missed opportunities in the game. I can see how it might cause implementation issues/glitches on the back end of how the sets work, but it seems so unintuitive for effectively identical armor pieces to not work in the set. Kinda like how snow/sand boots don't work with the rito/voe armor despite their obvious use case.
By no means do i have a good understanding of how development works. But from what little i DO know, all they would need to do is take whatever code the Stealth hood has to make it read as part of a set in game, and put that code on the sheik hood and it would work the same way.
Theres probably a bit more nuance to it than that, but i dont imagine it would actually be that difficult to do. Probably more of a gameplay design choice rather than a limitation/difficulty to implement.

My first experience with the depths was getting Midna's helm. I was interested in exploring eventide island and then got even more curious about the chasm I had been warned about and then was terrified by the darkness and then the coliseum. It was terrifying and I was petrified at the thought of going back down into the depths

If you have Sidon coat you with water you can shoot bomb arrows for as long as you have the water shield. I've tried it while deep under death mountain and it worked.

It’s real upsetting that there aren’t any mix-and-match set bonuses like the old ancient armor and divine beast helms, especially for Sheik’s mask; makes absolutely no sense 😢

I just tested this and the answer is yes and no, yes because there is a noticeable difference but it’s hard to tell

I know this is a couple months old, but if you get the enemy masks, you can bring them all together and use a puffshroom on the ground, then equip an Eightfold Blade while using Sneakstrike to easily dispatch them.
If you want to style the korok mask the tunic of awakening goes really well with it

I imagine a lot of people got the Zant Mask by sheer accident while navigating to the Fire Temple. At least i sure did
In case anyone is curious, the korok mask is makar from wind waker! At least as far as I could tell looking at them side by side
You know, I always thought it kinda random that Majora's Mask is in the Coliseum with the Lynels. Now seeing this video, I understand why.

I wish armour which feels like it fits a set worked for the set bonuses so bad. Sheik with the stealth suit, Vah Rudania with the goron fireproof suit, there's probably good options for the other three divine beast helms too (Ruta for the Zora gear would mean no dash attack, but I think it's a decent balance)
As a tangent comment, imagine if when wearing the Aspect, you could wear the dragon outfits (environment attack up) cosmetically, with the bonuses, just no defense additions. That'd be super cool visually imo

@@Banana.1186 wear hero's aspect. Add Frostbite set. You get the defense stat from the Hero's Aspect (84) but not the Frostbite set. However, you do get Cold Weather Attack as opposed to Master Sword Attack up

After 6 years it still sucks that shiek’s mask doesn’t have the set bonus, I didn’t use it in botw and won’t be using it in TOTK cause what’s the point? It’s a shame because it looks so cool.

does the island lobster shirt still have the boost to sailing with a guster weapon and a sail like it did with with Korok Leaves and Rafts in BotW? used to be able to zoom so fast across water
I just tested this again and from my findings, no it does not
I got the Sheik mask really early on, just exploring after the story introduces you to the depths. The Horriblins are a challenge but its doable on four hearts mostly electric weapons,fire fruit, and bomb flowers.
Looking forward to trying the other battle arenas. Great guide.

I appreciate your anger at the lack of set bonus SO much. I FEEL that. I fully upgraded my shiek mask because he was my FAVORITE fictional character for YEARS (honestly, might still be, whatever XP). And it is SO annoying that I don't get that set bonus >.

I was looking for Ravio’s hood for 3 hours
get the scimitar of the seven and fuse it with a Silver lynel horn and you have a 138 power one handed weapon makes this so easy
If you're struggling, build a combat robot to help you in these coliseums. It was very easy for me that way.
Note: for lynels, make sure the combat robot is purely aerial using a hover stone, construct heads, and beam emitters, or their roar will get rid of it.
Any videos on how to build that?
@@sparkzmentalz2 for the grounded combat robot, a simple homing cart with multiple construct heads and emitters on top will do the trick.

For anyone having trouble beating the coliseums, I recommend throwing a puffshroom, and using backstab attack 😏

What was the armor with 84 defense
I got the Lobstah shirt yesterday. I was so intimidated by this island. But I glided I'm on the ship..took them out,, then bombed the rest of the monster asses from there. Patience.
Legit, my boyfriend's favorite armor piece is the PJs from Wind Waker. He beat the final boss in it, and the cut scenes were WORTH it XD
