He has done this in his book. The first financial confession doesn't mention scripture but the others do. For example the 2nd one says (Matt.18:18), then the 3rd (Phil. 4:19), then (Rom. 4:17.). He links all of the full scripture to his paraphrasing in an index at the back of the book (God's Creative Power For Finances). The book is quite cheap if I remember correctly.
These confessions work, but confession isnt some 'magic potion' as some mistakenly think (and malign confession because of their misunderstanding). Confession of God's promises, MIXED WITH FAITH in the provision that Jesus' death, burial and resurrection purchased on the cross for all who would make him Lord and Saviour, works 1) because these concepts are promises to the believer, written in God's one and only Word, which is The Holy Bible, 2) when problems come (and they always will), because you have built your faith in God through daily confession, you start responding to problems through faith and not fear, and 3) by speaking them, your brain hears what you are saying and begins to think about and handle your money in line with God's commandments for how we are to handle our finances.
