Living in the Bay area for the past 20 years and having a commercial and residential cleaning service I think it was a fantastic list. A couple of others worth mentioning Valrico, New Tampa and if you want to get more isolated and are retired The Lagoons in Wimauma. I think its called Southshore Bay. There is so many more there are a lot of fantastic places to live in the burbs of Tampa.
I just came back from visiting Tampa post hurricanes. I stayed downtown but visited Spring Hill, Lakeland, and Clearwater. I would still consider moving to the area. My relatives had no damage where they live. The news is always more damning than reality.
My problem with Wesley Chapel is food. Almost all food options there are chains because of the rapid development and mall-like centers. There's no local food or local shops whatsoever, so if you want something besides Texas Roadhouse you gotta go somewhere else. But if you are fine with that or you always cook at home, it's a great suburb.

@@fl-ma4279 absolutely! I personally just put a home under contract.
Florida has ALWAYS had hurricanes. Not just the two this year lol.
@ exactly. These 2 sucked but we are resilient
@@TampaFloridaLiving Considering that was the first time we got a direct hit in a 100 years I think we will be okay.

Any specific place which has Reggae live bands?
Heather lakes in Brandon always flood.
Wesley Chapel is #1 with Tampa Premium Outlets nearby and less traffic than in Westchase.
@@theRetainer many would agree with that. Both options are great options. It truly comes down to your wants and needs!
