Baking a Pumpkin Roll - Part One

This is my first attempt at baking a homemade pumpkin roll.
I have been watching the Great British Back Off and I follow All Recipes.
This recipe popped up and I was motivated to try it! It doesn't have a ton of ingredients and seemed pretty simple to make.....or so I thought!
This is a 3 Part series. I had to make the pumpkin cake twice. My oven is hotter than I thought.
Tip: Use butter to grease the baking pan, NOT cooking spray.
