- Welcome to No Yellow X, the series where I restrict my Ultimate Ironman account to never using yellow clicks. Old School Runescape is a point-and-click adventure game, and players are (usually) free to click and move onto any walk-able tile they please... unless you completely get rid of the "Walk Here" option entirely. That's what I plan on doing in this series, and I can't wait to see where this journey takes me!

interesting concept.
suggestion, make it a goal to unlock mithril and adamant seeds, to move west and east.
otherwise, keep logs and tinderbox to move 1 square.
for long term, try to focus on activities rather than leveling, i think it would be interesting to see how you'd do normal things such as quests/minigames/bosses/etc with your ruleset

What’s the plug in to make the trees yellow and red? I’m excited for the idea. Can an end goal be to do the “red x methods” in GWDS? I have no idea what those truly entail but thematically it’s perfect.
It's the 117 HD plugin, and I have it set to the "Autumn" theme because I really like the lighting and especially the trees! And I think the GWD "red-x method" is a great idea for a late game goal. I have no idea what those would entail either, but that'll be an exciting obstacle to tackle! great idea!
And every death reduces your view distance.

Are you allowed to drop items and repickup as a form of transport?
As long as I was the one to drop it, then yes! I'll make sure I add this clarification in episode 2. I would not be able to click on items other players have dropped though. I think dropping an item so I have a "tether" to red click back to might be super useful in certain instances though.

Just if I’m understanding this as I haven’t played much after runelite plugins became a thing. If you left click on the ground and it’s a yellow click action literally nothing will happen?
That is correct! In the very beginning when I'm talking about the plugin you can see me clicking the ground sporadically, but nothing is happening. It has some pretty funny side effects though, like everything that had a right click examine option now has a left click examine option, so as I'm walking around the chat box is just filling up with miscellaneous examine text.
