I am genuinely terrified but excited at how good people are gonna be in Sparking Zero. Really hoping the game supports good connection or possibly even rollback netcode.
@cheeseisgood17 I was talking about dash cancels, flanking maneuver with the ascend/descend button, things that players created or discovered after years of playing the game. I haven't seen a single Dragon Dash Cancel or Rushing Technique Cancel , or Flank, but it's not necessarily because there aren't any, the game isn't available yet and it sometimes takes years for players to discover new techniques in this kind of game. But it worries me a little to see that the pros who were able to try the game were not able to reproduce these techniques while the controls and combos are almost identical. I think the new short dash that they put in has something to do with it, we'll have to find another way. Also we have to see if there's still momentum after a short dash, Dragon Homing, Free Dragon Dash, etc...

Maybe they're trying to balance it out by reducing the older pro tech movement in place of more instantaneous movement for new players. Either way I'm sure we'll discover new tech and movements as the game goes on.
What an amazing BT3 showcase and such crazy games. That first game you could see the sweat coming out at the end lol, Sparking Zero is going to be insane. Would love to see you and GMHawk fight in BT3 as well :)
Yeah it's not a square square square game like some people try to tell you. They just don't know how to play it or probably played it as a kid and thought they knew what the gameplay was about based on memory but they never really did anything but mashed buttons
Not doesn't. Sparking zero is faster.. you gotta think about it. You're seeing two very good players play this game right here. Go watch other people like rhymstyle play this and it's not going to look as fast... Watch, once people start getting good at sparking zero you're going to see it's even faster for the most part even though certain mechanics have changed a little bit
@@Chiefland7it’s funny because there isn’t a lick of gameplay from sparking zero that compares even when looking at high levels playing the game. That’s not to say it can’t improve but it’s most definitely not an issue between the level of players. The game differs greatly in comparison to budokai tenkaichi 3 which doesn’t make most of this possible for sparking zero. BT3 as of right now is better gameplay wise so let’s hope sparking zero can improve and be just as good or better
@@tellmeyounotserious1622 yes, i do agree with everything you said bro dont get me wrong execpt there is a skill thing going on in sparking zero as well because i play casuals with alot of z ranks and yes most of them are not good at all but there are some who are just simply better than me at the game. there is lag issue with them though so i cant see it would be the same if that wasnt the case but youre right.. its no where near of a skill ceiling as there is in bt3. bt3 compares to other traditional fighting games in the sense that you pretty much have to do tongue twisters with your hands in order to pull certain things off and if you dont have that level of muscle memory then youre 100% not going to luck up and beat somebody who is skilled.

They are going to continue to patch certain things rather than do nerds because there are just glitches within the game like you glitching in front of combos or attacks/grabs that you shouldn't . Stuff like that but yeah man idk. Bt3 was just a good game. Sparking zero is cool though I can't say I don't love it
