Reality TV, people spend hours watching other people doing things while they are sitting on their butt. Also worry never changes the outcome.
I could not agree with you more. I'm not saying that we can't escape every now and then but I often feel like I have brain-rot afterwards. I've got too much I want to do with whatever time I have left, know what I mean.
