I know you said she likes potatoes and crispy outside, soft insides. Have you tried making veggie tots? I feel like you could sneak in so many veggies with a little bit of shredded potatoes, bake or fry and hopefully she’d love them 🤞🏻

hey girl! get your thyroid levels checked if you feel exhausted all the time. I have hypothyroidism and its a big symptom of it! It's very common in women.
Take an Iron Supplement! If you have an iron deficiency, it makes you feel beyond tired or sluggish! -I usually feel this way right after my time of the month. TMI but a life hack.
