As a PC modder, DO NOT go online without a VPN. Modders with a decent menu can see your IP and as a big youtuber, Im sure you understand the issue with this.
@@AerodynAmic01 GTA online is a peer to peer service so there aren't any actual servers meaning the game picks one person in a lobby to host a game and all the computers talk to eachother through it thus everyones ip and even rockstar accoubt information is unprotected like if someone really wanted to they could learn to ddos your modem and find your approximate location aswell. Rockstar not having servers also means thats it's exceptionally easy to cheat online

Perhaps, but I think Kevin has mentioned before that NoPixel can be a pretty big commitment that he doesn’t want to undertake if he doesn’t feel like he can fulfil it - which makes sense, considering many of the RPers on there are on many days of the week Edit: not to say he shouldn’t, plenty of the NP characters love Kevin / Grognak and find them a lot of fun to have in the city and would be excited to have them around again!
@@dea1866 I think it works with with Grognak. Since Grognak has amnosia, Kevin could use that as a reason for not being as active. Grognak got lost and ends up in Arkansas for a year before coming back to los santos, etc, etc

Yeah the story is good but you dodged a bullet with online. You'll just die over and over, and unless you have a crew all the good money making missions are next to impossible.
It's great if you have 3 or more friends to play with. Lots of opportunity to screw around with the sandbox aspect, aswell as a shitton of missions and gamemodes.
GTA 5 in a nutshell = "BUY OUR SHARKCARDS OR YOUR HOMELESS! ...BUT STILL BUY THEM! WE NEED MONEEYYYY!! BUY BUY BUYYY!!!" you can't do anything ingame without being annoyed by npcs, your telephone, random messages, hackers who kill off your fun and progress, random crashes, loadingtimes of hell (waiting 10minutes just to login!).. short? its not worth the hassle. especially as a new player, random players and hackers will pop up out of nowhere and kill you, killing every progress you had done the last few minutes. and if its not other players its random crashes or disconnects. its just fricking annoying.. i stopped playing after trying for 3-4 days.. normally i love GTA.. but GTA Online is hell. even SA:MP was more fun.
I really hope we get more NoPixel from Kevin. I am rewatching the streams and they still make me laugh hard. Grog is a whirlwind of Chaos that NoPixel needs more of.

I spent thirty minutes trying to do the online tutorial about a month ago. This one guy with a jet bike wouldn't stop murdering my little noob self. I asked very nicely in the global chat if they'd mind letting me finish the tutorial and, on hearing my situation, the rest of the server decided to come rescue me. They very nicely helped me do the tutorial and then they shot me. 10/10
