explanation of pressure: the bottle you gotta add together, when you put the gas bottle into the machine push the button. If the machine stops at min, it means the sum of the bottles is too low. if it continues that means its correct, or it adds too much. if the machine stops/breaks when hitting max, it means the sum of the numbers is too high. ex: you have 1, 2, 3, 3, if the thing explodes halfway that means you have too small numbers, if it explodes at full it means you have too high numbers, if it doesnt explode at all, then its correct
Its simpler than that, each inlet has a number assigned to it, and you just need to get the bottle order correct by process of elimination. But higher number bottles will work on lower number inlets (A 3 will work on a 2 inlet).
Edit: You figure out the inlet number by process of elimination as well (If it blows at 1, it's not one, but if it stays at 3, then its either 3 or 2).
Edit 2: Half load (or min from your explanation) goes from 1 to 2. full load (or max) goes from 2 to 3 on the inlets. So you won't know what inlet is 3 until full load.
Edit 3: Some inlets won't increase during half or full loads, so that's how you can get a 1 at full load.

23:26 Ok I know I'm nearly two months late, but there actually ISN'T RNG to which ones go in which, it only uses RNG for which number can go in which.
Basically, every pressure has a number value which is the minimum pressure it can take, and if it goes lower, it doesn't work. For example, if that number is 1, then any number can go in it. If it's 2, then 2 and 3 can go in it. If that number is 3, then only 3 can go in it. So like, 3 is a wild card and can NEVER be popped out on normal conditions. So let's do a quick example.
1 3 2 1 is the order of the pressures. 1, 2, and 3 can go in both the first and last pressure, 2 and 3 can go in the third pressure, and ONLY 3 can go in the second pressure. You always want to use the lowest number for each, as if you overuse 3, you won't have enough 3s to put them in the ones that NEED 3.
Anyways I'm done yapping now or whatever, if anyone's confused I'll change the comment to mention more information that might've been left out.

24:49 for canisters. Each number is how much pressure it can take in that socket. If yellow blows out a red or a blue need to be in that spot. If red blows out a blue needs to go there. That’s why there are numbers are on a canisters. You just need to figure out how much pressure is needed in each area due to trial and error.

The pressure task isn’t really rng. There’s full guides but basically all you need to know is that if a 1 (yellow) pops out at half, you need a 3 (blue) if a 1 pops out at full, you need a 2 (red) or a 3. And if a 2 pops out at full, you need a three
