I have a brand new one of these and I can't get it to dispense anything. There isn't enough pressure created by pulling down the handle, to push the stopper back against the spring, to dispense any lotion out of the spigot. Does anyone else have this problem? What can I do. One was a gift and it didn't dispense, so I got a replacement but that didn't work, either.
So it can be adjusted to dispense the exact amount of liquid you need? Would it do 4oz in one pump? Or would I have to do 2 and 2?
