Thanks Wendy for sharing this awesome recipe .... since donuts with chocolate ganache are my family favourite ...what should be the ratio of cream to chocolate .... 1 : 1 and do we need to skip / replace the 75 grams granulated sugar in the donuts? Please suggest ...Thanks once again....

Irene you could make a chocolate ganache with 1/2 cup of chocolate (dark / semi-sweet chocolate) two tablespoons of heavy cream and two tablespoons of salted butter and melt it the micro ( is 30 second increments) make sure not to burn the chocolate. You could even bring it all together over a double boiler. Enjoy

If you sift the powdered sugar first it misses quicker and easier. Put parchment/baking paper under the wire mesh before you glaze the doughnuts there’s less mess. (I’m lazy and try to avoid having to wash dishes)
