    This is the easiest mold video I have seen on TH-cam!!! The others are complicated and much messier! Bravo Cassie 😁

      Thank you, Jan! The key is keeping the silicone coated in cornstarch or it can be a real mess.

    Sooo cute! Another great way to add cornstarch to a mold is by using a fluffy makeup brush! I used to be a baker and that worked for fondant as well. 🙂

    Now these are great! You did a good job. I watch your videos but didn’t realize I hadn’t subscribed to your channel 🤦🏽‍♀️. I am now subscribed 😆 You know you could put a little bit of brown paint around the edges to make the baked effect. I am definitely going to try this. My kids are gonna be mad 🤣🤣🤣

    I can't tell the fake ones from the real ones. They look great! Thank you for the tutorial! If you were to make charms or key chains from these, what kind of glaze would you recommend?

    • @CassieSmallwood
      @CassieSmallwood  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I haven't really tried glazing over Model Magic or Modelite. If you use those types of clay, use something thinner like Mod Podge or you may get cracking in the glaze because the clay is flexible. For polymer clay Mod Podge or the glaze made by Sculpey would work.

    Just a tip if you get silicone on your hand it washes of with straight dish washing liquid.

    Would the clay your using be similar to regular air dry clay? Or is it lite like the air dry foam clay? Thanks

  • @missybrunken

    Do you put a sealer on cookie made from foam clay?🌸

    • @CassieSmallwood
      @CassieSmallwood  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Missy! I have never tried sealing foam clay, but I noticed that there's a Model Magic glaze so it should be possible. Here's a link to it on Amazon if you want to take a look amzn.to/3uOLnEn

    PLEASE BE CAREFUL LADIES,if you are just getting into making Fake Baking and reselling them..they has been a few people in my Fake Bake groups on Facebook that have posted that they were contacted by the company that is owned by Oreo and the letters stated they are facing legal issues now because everything pertaining to the Oreo cookie design is copy righted and the company owns exclusive rights to the design.I know they are nostalgic and cute and people love Oreo and tons of ladies were selling them on their Etsys etc,but it not worth any legal issues..if you add any stuffed type cookies,I would definitely not add a branded logo..I wouldn't want to see anyone sued over this..its not worth the risk.

    • @CassieSmallwood

      That's a great tip! If you're selling products with this type of cookie, a generic one is the safest way to go.
