Sarah and Morgan's relationship is awesome. She still scares him, from time to time. But after Chuck Versus the Best Friend, she comes to appreciate him a lot more as time goes by. And they seem to have an almost sibling type of relationship. I think by the end of the finale, Morgan is trying to get Chuck to get her to remember her feelings, just as much for herself, as for Chuck.
