Overall this was a very nice presentation. I especially liked the first part. However, I found the name visR a bit misleading as a non-clinical/non-med scientist. As a physical scientist I have little use for survival analysis and such but could use a program to shorten the code writing for visualization. visR implies that this will work on any data (what some are calling "Real World Data" (vs. fake data then?)) but it does not. Hence a name like clinVisR or medVisR might be more appropriate.
