Mayhem looks super healthy and his mind seems very clear. Good for him. That whole SWAT standoff thing was such a bummer. Glad it didn't end up defining his life. I was always disappointed that his UFC career ended relatively early at about 31 years old. I think he had one more fight outside the UFC at some smaller promotion.

there is a lack of empathy nowadays, is too easy to judge. Very happy to see mayhem doing well grew up watching this guy. I’m 30 now. Nice to hear such kind words also towards Nick. He’s been through it so he knows and when I mean through it, I mean through a tough time I don’t know exactly what’s going on, but he’s completely right.
Mayhem will always be the guy man. I have been following MMA since UFC 1 literally at 38 years old. To see all the rise's and fall's of these athletes is rough to watch sometimes. Mayhem was someone I watched all the time. When he was spiraling it hurt to see man. Glad he looks in a much better place mentally. Hopefully he can get to a good place financially and be comfortable.
Wise words from an MMA Legend, transitioning away from a major part of your identity is really hard, but once you do it the perspective you gain on life, will setup you up to be a stronger person, hope Diaz can make the same move it looks like Mayhem has made! something that I forgot to mention, something that I love a lot about this woman is that she always finds Mayhem to interview him, since they were both very young, I love seeing Mayhem be interviewed over the years, he will never be forgotten, He introduced me to the MMA thanks to bully beatdown!
Throws ups and downs I was even at that strike force event in Nashville this is one of the best interviews I’ve ever seen him and it’s so great. How since Helen started he’s always stayed true to her and gave him a gave her clips. I greatly respect Mayhem for his super genuine feedback on Nick Diaz. That was actually solid. Not judgmental at all in a real way and wishing him better. I didn’t realize how bad Nick until recently and I grew up with these guys, not personally just meaning following the sport. I really want to see him find himself again, doesn’t need to be in the cage, he can find another role that’s equally rewarding.

How since Helen started he’s always stayed true to her and gave him a gave her clips. I greatly respect Mayhem for his super genuine feedback on Nick Diaz. That was actually solid. Not judgmental at all in a real way and wishing him better. I didn’t realize how bad Nick until recently and I grew up with these guys, not personally just meaning following the sport. I really want to see him find himself again, doesn’t need to be in the cage, he can find another role that’s equally rewarding.
You guys have great synergy together, and I like how you can take a joke.
