I really worry sometimes that the relative lack of professional experience a lot of VTubers have is going to be their downfall, especially when they're attached to an agency. Like, at some point the time wasted (many people's time) is going to overshadow the amount of financial value of the character.
There is that and any level of immaturity which gets them involved in any kind of drama, especially on Twitter. Also issues where you cost the company more than is worth their time and investiture.

"Agency" is kind of a operative term when it comes to Vshojo. It's more like a public friend group with merch than anything.
People occasionally miss meetings in professional environments, it's not the end of the world.
