Great family home! Excellent video as always. I do wish you would not confuse formal living room with family room. The room next to the front door is the "formal living room," and the seating area next to the kitchen is the "family room." I wish I had room for a couch in my bathroom, but alas it is too small. Lol. Your juggling skills are admirable! Yes, it would have been great to have a ball to shoot some hoops with. My favorite part of this house is her big closet! I could use one that size! Lol.
I love this property its a perfect family home. It has a cozy feel all throughout the house. Every inch feels it has a hand full of space. U literally see in each bedroom esp. The Master suite, with a lovely closet space.. Living / dining / kitchen are all great areas along with a nice backyard....Nicely Toured home as Always Darren. U Always shown such Amazing houses. Can't wait to see More Comin' before we rapt up this year of 2024, Can't wait for the Main event haha! PS. I really don't understand why is $23 million. Brentwood is usually cheaper and this house is overpriced.
