You could change your car for a Van that has a kitchen, TV and a bed. It looks like you want to still be living in a car, then buy a Van that has more space for you and your dog. That way you can continue to move to other cities.
If you stay in Seattle, you need to get an apartment. Don’t live in your car. It rains all the time and you can’t sleep with the rain hitting the car all night long. Replace or fix the car so you have one less thing to worry about. It seems you enjoy the collaboration with your teammates and the connections to your building. If that’s what important to you then stay in Seattle. But you need to reach out to people as relationships are two-way streets.

Seattle sounds like a really good middle ground: Vancouver is not far away so regular weekend trips home could be a thing. Then having a nice community at work is important, it warms you from the inside, as sunshine warms you only from the outside. Is the sunshine worth it if you feel lonely? Or better have a walk in the rain with new friends? Looking forward to your next videos to see where you ended up.
Stay in Seattle. 1. You get more work experiences with your work colleagues. 2. You get to socialise with people and improve people’s skills. 3. Would be good for your mental health also to have a place to settle down and call it a home. 4. Same applies to your sweet dog Halo. 5. Becareful parking in the park or car parks, no joke. Lots of crazy people out there. 6. Lastly, the weather these days is so extreme. Becareful not to park in flash flooding areas. Your car could get swiped away within minutes and no time to escape.
Yes you got it Hannah! "Building a community" or making good friends really can help us cope with life. It is a part of human nature to want to be with others. And don't worry about your love life right now, focus on yourself and enjoy the time with everyone❤ You are doing great!!😊
It sounds like you’re vibing well with your team in person while in Seattle. You are also talking Silicon Valley still so you should think on it still. Your car definitely needs to go. If you’re thinking of trading, have you thought about of a bigger vehicle? Maybe a plug-in hybrid? Unless you want the Tesla still, than get the bigger model.
Hi Hannah. Your insecurities are starting to make some sense. If you're used to being more of an extrovert, enjoying the company of people, and not getting that in Silicon Valley or L.A., then you won't thrive in those places. There's a mass exodus from California, you just don't know who will be there from one day to the next. It's becomes harder to make friends. I know some people don't bother with friendships after awhile. The whole waiting around to get projects accomplished not just slows you down at work but, in your personal life. Just one thing, camaraderie is amongst colleagues at work. Friends exist outside of your work life. Don't mix up the two by sharing what's happening in your personal life, at work, and vice versa. Some employers can hold those things against you. Also, you really need to get a home base away from your car. Yes, you need to get a more spacious car like an SUV or van for the sake of Halo and yourself. Maybe get a month to month short-term rental apartment. Just don't start shopping for furniture until you're sure you are permanent there. You could always rent a semi-furnished apartment or get one that isn't and rent things like a fridge, and a convertible sofa bed that turns into a futon. Since Seattle is closer to your friends in Vancouver, I imagine that can be an advantage during the weekends. Hannah, just be careful safety wise. Young women who aren't mentally alert, physically strong, and don't have friends who would worry about you in case you became a no show can be easy prey. Go buy yourself a taser gun, take self-defense classes, and let your Vancouver friends and your team or female co-workers know how to get a hold of you in case of emergency and if you'll be leaving town. Also, call someone just to say goodnight, every night.
being at the same place as your team sounds so nice. and building up a community. i think you will find happyness when you seattle down. and build something up and stay even thou you go thru hard times . stay and keep making it into your own place and the happyness will come
Just a thought..if you still want to live in your car in Seattle and have storage room in your car (or storage room in your office), you can buy a large foldable pop up tent that you can use as a temporary carport to park under so it will absorb the sounds of rain on your car roof (so you can sleep)…however, it will be difficult to live in your car in the winter and early spring months due to the colder temperatures. During those months, you can rent a room until the weather warms up (you’d be surprised at how many single professionals are renting a room these days; just be thorough in checking out the landlord/house). Or purchase a more suitable vehicle to live in or rent an apartment (which can be very pricey depending on its location). I think to be able to meet your team in person is good for your mental health as well😊 good luck with your decision 🫶🏻
Have you thought of getting a campervan? I love watching your videos, and seeing you and Halo in a much bigger vehicle/home would be nice and not so cramped.
I live in Silicon Valley and it's expensive as hell here. I vote stay in Seattle so you can bond with your team in person. We all need friends and personal connection with people and I don't think I could work by myself like that every day.
I’m so curious what you decide as your video was in the spring. I hope you got to enjoy Seattle during the Summer it’s beautiful and sunny. I feel like when you get to know people here the communities you can build will be strong and stable. Wishing you the best in life and your decision on where to live.
So interesting how different peoples brains and sensory reactions can be. So many people love the sound of rain, it soothes them, helps them meditate, or even sleep! but plenty of people are the opposite too!
hey hannah, i'm a remote worker originally from san jose, california, now living in seattle, and i absolutely love it here. i had no friends when i moved here and struggled for a little bit dealing with "the seattle freeze" but found out that there's a community for asian identifying folks and we have frequent meetups and it's easy to make friends through it. we'd love to have you here! there's actually one in the bay area as well, although they're a lot more active outside of the city and more active in south/east bay. that being said, there's really great restaurants here if you know where to look. chef kenji j. lopez puts out some great recommendations since he also moved here from the bay to seattle. as for produce, we have our own regional produce that's certainly superior from other states like apples, peaches, cherries :D i do think cost of living is on the high side. it looks like you toured an apartment near where i live 😂you talk about sunny days in silicon valley but honestly, we still get a lot of beautiful sun and silicon valley is only a 2 hour flight away! not to mention you'll be really close to your old home vancouver as well :) if you do decide to come to seattle, def check out this discord for the asian community i mentioned: discord.gg/fwRwPf8f the bay area group is called SABA and they're more active on facebook.
babe! i so understand the lonliness and the struggles of being hired during covid. I started my new job during covid as well and felt really disconnected and lonely at the time, being alone most of the day at the workplace. but it looks like ppl are going to work in person at the seattle office! maybe this is what you were looking for? if you want to continue to live in your car maybe you should think about buying a bigger car with more place to sleep in the back, or even a tiny camper or van with built in bed, sink etc.
Seattle’s beautiful. Its rain isn’t as bad as some might think. Seems like your team up there is cooler, and more dialed in. They pay for their food so they’re already cooler. Seattle’s much better than the Peninsula imo. Either way a larger vehicle might be nice. But you know what’s best for you. Respect
Bay Area or Seattle, I would pass on both unless you’re chasing a high paycheck. Your young and beautiful, you might consider chasing a fun growing city to live in and a partner to grow a family with. I would recommend Grand Junction CO. i would say, i def love my model y. much more spacious (esp if u'r living in your car). though, it still won't help with the rain noise. also, i'm not sure how you like your Model 3 (or tesla) in general. then again, you also have to think about increase in insurance cost.
I am looking for building a community too. Your videos are very relatable kind of what I am dealing with. I haven’t lived in a car before though but I am trying to find the city for me. Washington has nice nature, maybe not the best weather (sun) but to me having a community is important.
Great to see you thrive! That will most likely affect your dog, too, rendering a nice spiral effect upwards. Also, Stay in Seattle and investigate how the weather affect you, and rent an apt meanwhile to make a clean break from California. And upgrade to a Highland (RWD) IF you decide to keep a car - new workplace, new living space, and a new car that does not remind you of the non-friend (damaging your car) and his antics. Get around that way and see the state and all it has to offer. All the best to you! Greetings from Oslo
Hey Hannah,If You Don’t Like Rain,Seattle Probably Isn’t The Place For You.But,I Believe I Told You This Before,Go With Your First Thought On Where You Should Settle Down,Usually That’s The Right Answer😎
Definitely have back ups of all your footage etc, just in case you loose your hardrive or its stolen, damaged, corrupted etc. Either on another hard drive kept somewhere else, or on the cloud or something.
If you want a State with lots of outdoor activities. Sunshine all year. Visit Colorado. Rent is more affordable that California...2 bedrooms apartment in a good neighborhood 2400 dollars. Denver area.
@@Madzguy007 compare with California in the area she lives. 1 Bedroom apartment 3,800 dollars....she was going to pay almost 4000 dollars for 1 bed apartment.
I think if you trade in your car for model y, would you have enough income for an apartment? Living in a car doesn’t seem reasonable for a big dog living in the car with no movement. Long term, Halo could get joint issues being cramp in the car. You could consider getting a big camping vehicle so there’s space for you and the dog to live. It seems like in all your videos, you’re indecisive of what you want. Honestly you won’t ever know until you settle in one place and try it out for a year. It doesn’t help you build a community if you’re constantly on a move. You said you prefer sunlight rather than gloomy/rainy weather. Seattle rains a lot in the winter so you might not like it. You are better off staying where you had already created friendship at work and also being able to collaborate in person with your coworkers seems to be the best area to settle down. From all your videos, you sound like you’re searching for a connection with someone. When you find someone, that’s when you want to settle down in one place. Life has far more to offer than search for someone who will make you feel like you’re worthy to stay in one place. Hope this makes sense. Good luck!
Hi, Hannah! Is it worth trading Silicon Valley for Seattle? It all comes down to your preference. Moving to Seattle offers a vibrant new chapter, distinctly different from the fast-paced Silicon Valley scene. Where Silicon Valley thrives on its startup culture and relentless innovation, Seattle provides a balance of booming tech industry and a rich lifestyle. Nestled in nature’s lap, Seattle combines professional growth with the tranquility of its lush surroundings, making it a perfect blend for those seeking a fresh perspective without losing touch with the tech world’s dynamism. Living in your car in Seattle can pose significant safety risks. The weather can be harsh, particularly in winter, making it difficult to stay warm and safe. Additionally, the city has regulations that prohibit overnight parking in many areas, which can lead to fines or towing. There's also the concern of personal safety, as cars do not provide the same level of protection as a home. It's crucial to explore safer housing options and reach out to local resources and shelters that can offer assistance and support. Your well-being is paramount. I'd recommend finding a suitable apartment for you and your precious fur baby. Just wanted to remind you that you have an amazing community behind you. We're all here to support you, and you’re never truly alone.
Hannah, you need to find a place and stay awhile. It's really not going to help your mood if you don't find a place to live that isn't in your car. Even with the rain in Seattle you may be happier there if you do rent an apartment.
There is no perfect place. I think that you miss direct interaction with people when you work remotely and it takes longer to get things done. Then there is the weather factor. Currently you don't have a site that checks all your boxes which is why you keep going back and forth so maybe there is no resolution to your current situation other than to change jobs or companies or visit other worksites of companies in a place where you like the weather and see what the job situation is. The car needs to be replaced at this point because it is a liability and with that much driving it can be dangerous.
yes, i love it here, been in seattle for 20 years, moved here from central cali. if i can recommend, stay north, not south of seattle. nice places like fremont, ballard, magnolia, edmonds, northgate. stay away from belltown, downtown, south seattle, international district. lower queen anne.
We want you to find connection and happiness. I agree with others here that you should rent an apartment, and work on expanding your social network. You are a kind, intelligent, and attractive woman. I hope you start dating in Seattle.
Hi Hannah, how are you? I've watched a few of your episode, I've gone through similar experiences in the past. Did you moved to Seattle? If you do stay in Seattle, I just want to extend an invite to you if you want to hang out with our church young adult group. Our church is in Shoreline WA, let me know if you want to join us sometimes. Have a blessed day.
The only thing good about Seattle is the taxes there and the jobs. The weather is awful and the food is CRAZY expensive. LA is ironically wayyyyy more affordable in property, has better weather and a better college, while Silicon Valley would eat you up from the inside out. Girl, just go back to school. You will learn something new, the weather is nicer, the environment is more educated and contains less trash than the outside world. Bad people exist everywhere, so why not just have less of them? At least people are smart enough to be in a college unlike everyone else who is BEYOND dumb all throughout.
let me give you a simple answer to your question at the end of the video. if California (silicon valley) works out, then you would NOT be living in your car like other google engineers. any cities that will land you sleeping inside your car is a NO GO.
honestly you situation is best if you can relocate to edmonton or calgary. the problem in vancouer is that there is no shelter and too many homeless people. they got really affordable rent in edmonton and calgary is rated as the top 10 place to live in the world by economist. if you can work remote, I would consider these 2 canadian cities ( been to both last year and loved it) the problem with seattle is that 1. ) its overpriced and 2.) crime, now calgary and edmonton solves both ( i lived there as a nomad last year drove and lived in my car in 4 cities , san fran, la, seattle, vanvouver , calgary and edmonton) Cali is a shit hole, seattle (no, no for me) didn't complain much about the safely and big space in edmonton or calgary)
I can't never live in a city (like Seattle or Porland) that rains all the times. I am an outdoor person and I will commit a suicide if I live there LOL.

I go where the food is free in silicon valley
Think the same thing!
Hannah, you need to find a place and stay awhile. It's really not going to help your mood if you don't find a place to live that isn't in your car. Even with the rain in Seattle you may be happier there if you do rent an apartment.
Definitely need a bigger car if your Living in it the Model Y would certainly be more roomy to camp in.
I like sleeping in my car in the rain
There is no perfect place. I think that you miss direct interaction with people when you work remotely and it takes longer to get things done. Then there is the weather factor. Currently you don't have a site that checks all your boxes which is why you keep going back and forth so maybe there is no resolution to your current situation other than to change jobs or companies or visit other worksites of companies in a place where you like the weather and see what the job situation is. The car needs to be replaced at this point because it is a liability and with that much driving it can be dangerous.
Also its very dangerous plus it must be terrible air inside unless she sleeps with open windows😮
♥
Still waiting for a video til you can secure and place for you and your dog!! 😢
It would be much better for you to find an apartment instead of living in car. If cost of living is cheaper, Seattle may work.
yes, i love it here, been in seattle for 20 years, moved here from central cali. if i can recommend, stay north, not south of seattle. nice places like fremont, ballard, magnolia, edmonds, northgate. stay away from belltown, downtown, south seattle, international district. lower queen anne.
Why tho

LOL at all of the people leaving actual advice. Wake up; this is obviously an acting demo.
We want you to find connection and happiness. I agree with others here that you should rent an apartment, and work on expanding your social network. You are a kind, intelligent, and attractive woman. I hope you start dating in Seattle.
hey how are you now? it appears that was around April. I hope you are doing well in October haha
May Yahweh Almighty Father's and Yahshua Almighty MessiYah Bless you and help you in Yahshua Mighty Name HalleluYah
Maybe a medium sized city would be better for you right now?
hope ur doing well, ur videos are really amazing to watch and super realistic
Hope you're doing well
larger tesla, maybe a sub plug in hybrid for more room?
Sell your car & buy a van so you can live in it & drive everywhere or buy a condo instead of renting.
May be try to wear some earplugs when it rains to see if you can get better sleep.
Time to buy RV car.
let me give you a simple answer to your question at the end of the video. if California (silicon valley) works out, then you would NOT be living in your car like other google engineers. any cities that will land you sleeping inside your car is a NO GO.
Just go back to Vancouver and all your troubles will be over.
Seattle is one of my favorite places and I think you would like it there. If your interested in selling your car you should contact me.
You’d hate Seattle. If moody & indecisive is your “vibe” then prepare to be ignored.
Why not try somewhere away from the coastal states? Arizona, Colorado, even Wyoming are amazing.
Would love to connect you to friends and also be your friend. You are very genuine. Sorry Silicon Valley is not working for you.
Halo so beautiful
Every married person envies your life.
A human being needs a proper bed and a roof.
yo bro move to vegas
you should stay, California is not a good place to be. everything cost so much.😁
What? Are you living in a 3! That's way too small.
I saw your last video you had beautiful shot of Portland Oregon. I think Portland is better than Seattle
Please ditch your car, and rent an apartment 😅
I'll send your situation to Elon, hope he'll give you a free car
😂
@@HannahWurld Just did at X, not sure he'll see it or not...LOL...
honestly you situation is best if you can relocate to edmonton or calgary. the problem in vancouer is that there is no shelter and too many homeless people. they got really affordable rent in edmonton and calgary is rated as the top 10 place to live in the world by economist. if you can work remote, I would consider these 2 canadian cities ( been to both last year and loved it) the problem with seattle is that 1. ) its overpriced and 2.) crime, now calgary and edmonton solves both ( i lived there as a nomad last year drove and lived in my car in 4 cities , san fran, la, seattle, vanvouver , calgary and edmonton) Cali is a shit hole, seattle (no, no for me) didn't complain much about the safely and big space in edmonton or calgary)
I can't never live in a city (like Seattle or Porland) that rains all the times. I am an outdoor person and I will commit a suicide if I live there LOL.
I am your dog.
I like the rice and love the fresh salmon that you feed me. Please don't forget the vegetables.
I love! your content
You are an extraordinary! Beautiful! Talented! Intelligent! Goodhearted! Woman🩵❤️💚
Why are u living in your car?
