Substitute oil with butter. For cakes you do the milk for water, butter for oil and add an extra egg for what it calls for. Like if it says 2 eggs you put 3. OMG, cake is so moist and delish!!
I know it's silly but I loved the pen with the sparkly top. Someone told me to lay bay leaves around the kitchen to keep ants out. Every year they invade my home but this year after I first saw them I put the bay leaves on the counter, under the cabinets, near the door, anywhere I thought they would come in and so far they haven't came back. They would always be terrible around the pets food bowls but none this year.

Iv seen others Haul this chocolate milk, they say it's very good, I do buy the other milk it has come in handy when we have run out and I buy the almond shelf milk, these are Great for your pantry. Soups are a great buy as well. You can use those chips for enchiladas to yeppers yummy, they go soft in your juice, like fried corn tortillas I make them a lot green and red enchiladas or chicken.

Pull the skirt of dress up to your knees, and spread your legs a bit. Sorry to be graphic but when i was at 255lbs, i learned. And at 5ft, i got all kinds of tips from people that had been heavy long time. But i just stopped eating one day in March and lost 151 by August. Now im 4'9" and work to keep me under 130. It is hard now. Our apartment is on third floor and no elevator..i need to use a rollator for mobility because if a bone disease, therefore can't get outside to walk .
