ok so not just me then?? It's been a nightmare month, I was already stressed to the max with work, a tornado hit my town, then the coronavirus. My blood pressure has been sky high & I have a congential heart defect so this is not good. I even had a plumbing emergency this morning🙄it feels like my life is unraveling and I have 0 control...I randomly came across this and I don't know why but it was just so calming, innocent, seeing someone display their favorite things/necessities...it was just a good reminder that "normalcy" is still out there and will be here again❤️I hadnt cried all month and was just on the verge of a breakdown before this and that realization definitely finally let me shed some tears🤗it's cheesy but true!

You can make hand sanitizer. Hers is very liquid and looks like just alcohol. That'll work. If straight alcohol cracks your hands (mine ) you can mix aloe vera gel and rubbing alcohol. People want the 91% but I have read it evaporates too quickly to actually damage things like viruses. The aloe gel will moisturize.
@@baranduyn Also, 70% is best though if applying directly on face, I dilute it with some water and follow with moisturizer. Btw, good thing I stocked up as usual about a month ago because went to the store the other day, NONE on the shelves!

After living in Japan for five months I became a minimalist. My suitcase was my closet (didn’t want to buy hangers). I came home to the US and was so disgusted at my large closet! I can honestly say being a minimalist has made my life easier!
I have 2 pairs of glasses too. One for work and one for home. I’m a baker so I didn’t want to get my new glasses dirty even though I clean them all the time. I love your videos.

I've been hoping for a video. What is your video schedule, if you have one? My eye glasses are high quality too. My dad bought them for me. They are by Vogue, and are also Transitions, meaning they become dark in the sun and can protect your eyes short term. I'm farsighted, but I have astigmatism so I have to get prescription. I can't drive anymore (I wouldn't be able to pass the eye exam anyways. I haven't driven in over 10 years.

Watching your video made me miss my time working at Daiso years ago. I loved all the items from that shop, and I missed how everyone seems to love shopping there. Now I work in an industry that's the complete opposite (Civil Engineering), but sometimes I long for the good ol days... simple, fun work - it might not pay much, but I was always happy. I wonder if anyone has ever felt like that... people who now work at big, professional industries, but still think of going back to simpler times with work from the past...

I pack almost the same stuff as you for my work bag! Nothing but the essentials. But mine is a bit less organized...somehow it ends up having random pieces of paper in it like receipts or candy wrappers that I've jammed in because I couldn't find a trash bin nearby so I'd say to myself, "I'll just throw them at home." But then I get home and I'd forget about it so the next day, I'd still have trash in my work bag 😅 Other stuff that I put in my work bag are charger for my phone, earphones, comb, hair tie and some hand cream/lotion cause my hands tend to dry fast from all the hand washing and frequent alcohol application. Btw, keep safe over there Rhea and James as I've heard the virus had gotten worse in Japan 😔

Watching your video made me miss my time working at Daiso years ago. I loved all the items from that shop, and I missed how everyone seems to love shopping there. Now I work in an industry that's the complete opposite (Civil Engineering), but sometimes I long for the good ol days... simple, fun work - it might not pay much, but I was always happy. I wonder if anyone has ever felt like that... people who now work at big, professional industries, but still think of going back to simpler times with work from the past...
Best thing is that you obviously value what you have and treat it well. The fluufy coin purse was a nice fun touch in your work bag. Thank you for inspiring me.
I pack almost the same stuff as you for my work bag! Nothing but the essentials. But mine is a bit less organized...somehow it ends up having random pieces of paper in it like receipts or candy wrappers that I've jammed in because I couldn't find a trash bin nearby so I'd say to myself, "I'll just throw them at home." But then I get home and I'd forget about it so the next day, I'd still have trash in my work bag 😅 Other stuff that I put in my work bag are charger for my phone, earphones, comb, hair tie and some hand cream/lotion cause my hands tend to dry fast from all the hand washing and frequent alcohol application. Btw, keep safe over there Rhea and James as I've heard the virus had gotten worse in Japan 😔
