Just to be sure I understand the meaning, let me paraphrase the message of the video.
Firstly, the "value-based" is nothing but a ratio between the denominator that represents how much money someone will spend against the productivity and efficiency measures of different healthcare providers in the numerator. We all know how money is easily affected by inflation, expenses, insurance costs, etc. Like I said, it is just a ratio, it does not guarantee that one can afford it or not.
Secondly, the reason for using the healthcare in the fist place has been silently swept under the carpet and remains unchanged. If we look at the healthcare in general and hospitals in particular both continue to treat the symptoms/effects and not the causes (chemicals, antibiotics, pesticides, herbicides, pollution, gluten, A1 milk, etc) that give rise to modern (Western-based) health problems.
Lastly, the video starts with words: "value-based healthcare is a global movement". Is this the case of "it is not in our interests" ideology to improve the environment/living conditions to enable/sustain healthy society/community/family global paradigm?
I recently read a quote (from memory): Eastern medicine tells us how to live, whilst the Western one helps us not to die. Unfortunately, the zone in-between those two choices has been actively sabotaged. So that same zone would be the main focus of change the rest of us would want to call - value-added.

    Such an obvious scam 😂
You pay the same for less treatment so insurance profit margins are better ☠️
