Normal sperm count जानने के लिए तीन चीज़े याद रखे:
-15 million sperms per ml count से ज्यादा sperms होना।
-Total 39 million count होना
- 40 percent motility होना
अगर आपका sperm count 8-15 million sperms per ml है तो इस video में बताये जाने वाले home remedies आपकी मदद कर सकते है। लेकिन अगर आपका sperm count, 5 million sperms per ml से कम है (severe oligospermia), तो शायद आपको ये remedies फायदा न करे।
Natural ways to increase sperm count:
1. Weight loss:
ऐसा देखा गया है की जिन पुरषों का weight ज्यादा होता है, उनमे sperm count कम होता है। अगर आपका weight ज्यादा है और अगर आप 5-10% भी weight कम करते है तो आपके natural testesterone levels increase होते है। इससे आपका sperm count increase हो सकता है।
2. Exercise (exercises to improve sperm count)
अगर आप हफ्ते में चार बार, 40-50 minute तक exercise करते है तो इससे आपके weight पर असर पड़ता है। इससे sperm count enhance होता है।
3. Diet Changes (Food to improve sperm count)
Diet में सबसे ज्यादा जरुरी है antioxidants लेना। antioxidants body में free radicals को कम करते है जिससे sperm count enhance होता है। इसलिए आप ज्यादा से ज्यादा fruits, green leafy vegetables, खाये। इसके अलावा daily एक चम्मच chawanprash खाये।
4. Yoga
Yoga से pelvis (पेट से नीचे का भाग) का blood flow increse होता है और sperm count में enhance होता है। इसका कोई सबूत नहीं है लेकिन ये lifestyle changes करने से 3-4 महीनो में असर दीखता है। yoga fertility के लिए फायदेमंद है।
5. Wear loose clothes
पुरषों को ध्यान देना चाहिए की उन्हें ढीले कपडे पहनने चाहिए खासकर रात को सोते वक्त। tight kapde पहनने से circulation और ventilation कम होता है। इससे scortal tempertaure balance रहता है।

Sir, my husband underwent unilateral orchiectomy for undescended testes left side 3 months back. Previous semen analysis report (done 1 yr back) was sperm concentration 15 million/ml with 10% progressive motility. Semen analysis done 3 months after surgery showed drop in sperm concentration to 3.3 million/ml with progressive motilty of 3% . Sir, wat is the next step that we should do? Please do reply sir
