What I would like to say is that the point I talked about at minute 4:57 in the video and the importance of deleting the atmosphere file and the other file without deleting them did not work for me, but when I deleted them now, the system was activated. Thank you, I have subscribed.

Hey well that's easy fix . Thing is you will have to edit your sd card. When I make the packs I remove that feature so you can go back to hekate. Well if you want to remove this. You need to download atmosphere from github inside the zip there's and atmosphere folder . Inside the folder is a reboot_paylpad.bin. you need to copy that to your sd card in atmosphere/ reboot_paylpad.bin
Thanks for the video and file share, I accidentally updated mine and you saved my life to make it works again. I removed everything on SD card and just unzip your shared file AMS+hekate, it works well, but found some games not able to strat (it used to work before upgrade). Any idea?
If you removed everything off your sd card that means you delete your Nintendo folder . If you did then you got rid of the folder that stored installed games . You will have to reinstall your games
Make sure you follow the video. Delete atmosphere folder and bootloader folder then extract my pack . If your games aren't working the sigpatches weren't extracted properly.
Coming from one of your other videos about “Edizon overlay support for 17.0.0 with Tesla menu” I got my switch from a pawnshop with stuff/accs on it so I had to update to reset it when starting a fresh jailbreak. I know it’s up to the user, but should I downgrade and redo the jailbreak process or should I just stay where I’m at? I only ask in addition to my previous comment on the video mentioned, about software vs firmware instability/incompatibility. For things like Edizon, Tesla, etc ofc lol.
With this video you should be fine . You can also downgrade back to 17.0.1. Both are working great edizon and etc lol . Sorry for the late reply good luck . Let me know if something doesn't work I can try to help you out .

You are correct. Playing online requires the latest firmware. I dont use cfw with online as you can get banned but if your using emummc. Then you can update ofw then keep emummc at 17.0.1 its up to you. Be careful playing online .
I tried to delete bootloader and atmospherer folder while having the switch connected to pc via usb unfortunaetly it's got corrupted and now it won't let me go into my albums either to connect usb with pc, is there a way to do it cuz i don't have sd card reader for my pc
Unfortunately there's no other way . 😕 I'm not sure how it got corrupted. I do this all the time. If your able to boot hekate thats the only way . If not maybe an android phone. Setup the SD card there.

Atmos and fussee no longer using sig-patches. Can you do a video on this? I updated to the newest firm and Atmosphere does allow sig-patches. Some of my games work and others don't
I have a newer video on this . I use syspatch now . Only reason why some games probably won't work is the switch firmware your on . I believe the new patches only work with he latest switch firmware.

I updated by mistake and this got me up and running again. Any of the games that were/are on the SD card are no longer showing there. Is there a way to fix this?
@@eradicatinglove not sure, booted into every option, no dice. I used to boot into old cfw - sysmmc option. I was running 15.0.0 and couldn't tell you beyond that. Did the upgrade and system wouldn't boot. Got it running with your files, but games on SD card wouldn't run. They were listed, but said the needed to be re-downloaded. I just wiped the nintendo\contents folder. (or whatever was the one taking up all the space. So no way to figure it out now. Honestly wasn't expecting you to respond so fast, lol. Hopefully I didn't screw up enough to have to start over with a fresh formatted sd card. Is there anywhere that describes how all these systems work and what the files do exactly? At this point I think I need to learn more so I can recover from a failed upgrade as seemlessly as possible
@beard-monster there's really no list that explains what the files are for. You can try the githubs where their located at. Your fine . Not sure why your games didn't run. They should have. Erasing the Nintendo folder definitely will lose the installed game data. .but if you start over you should be fine. And for upgrades it's always gonna be the same delete atmosphere folder and bootloader folder . Then extract the zips

This usually means the files weren't extracted properly. You need to delete both atmosphere and bootloader folders then extract the pack. Thay error is usually missing hekate files.
Well mainly .. the patches are automatically done when you boot cfw using a sysmodule. So you need tesla. Other things you can do is. Use my app quick reboot to get back to hekate faster . There are other things you ca. Do as well. Add edizon cheats . Add mods .Have a music player you can use as background music .

@geniusgamer1444 you can try sys-clk to over clock the switch . Maybe it's your sd card out of space or old cfw

it's keep crashing , any solution for that, after nintendo switch logo comes it's crashes
Make sure you do the steps correctly. Also try to remove your contents folder

This pack is cfw . After you install this pack then you can update to 18.0.0
After updating none my softwares are running.

Don't use twgra use hekate sd card tool if your worried.
I sometimes use that tegrarcmgui also the portable version so doesn't install on my pc

You need to use an installer to install it use my app in hbmenu to install the nsp . It's like a game install it like a game . Or use tinfoil

Did you delete your bootloader first then extract mine .
You might have gotten the boot 0 and 1 bad or deleted them or didn't flash boot in hekate
Seems like your migrating from sxos . That's this simple you need a specific boot 0 and boot 1 to flash as you try to update cfw

@@eradicatinglove can I run tinfoil through atmosphere CFW sysnand) boot or fusee.bin as it wasn't running through fusee.bin anymore
@gamerz8220 you needed to delete tinfoil off sd card and switch home menu. and then download a new self installer. Extract it then install from hbmenu
