那区别就在于，solve通常表示解决了客观事实的问题，比如你的手机不好用了，你决定去手机店买了个新的，解决了你的问题。或者你的钥匙丢了，去配了把新的，解决了问题。
然而resolve通常表示解决了主观想法的问题，比如你和你的朋友们不知道要去哪吃饭，每个人一个想法，最终你站出来选了一个，解决了大家的争端。
