Great job Luli, this should help so many people. I have a vacuum sealer like that and it’s very handy.
    Have a blessed afternoon!

Yay! Just used your link and ordered one of the little jar sealers. I bought a Food Saver and the jar attachments a couple years ago but I never drag it out. This gadget sounds perfect!

Short, medium, long term all pastas entering storage in our house the prerequisite is to spend 24 to 48 hours in the freezer. Bug come in many forms eggs, larva and adult; larva and adult will generally be killed with an oxygen absorber but eggs can last until it is exposed to air once again. So our "belt and suspenders" method assures no future bugs.

How do you keep it free from moisture in the freezer?

@@lulishomestead6767 The short span of time in the freezer doesn't accumulate much h2o, but as a precaution I add a desiccant and an O2 absorber to my final product before sealing.

Hello LuLi, how do you CLEAN the frosting out? I have picked up the bakery and I have tried to clean them with little success.

What about dry canning at low oven temp

I have done it in the past, it was unnecessary and did not seal the jars. The pasta turned very yellow in the oven. Maybe it was only my bad experience, however, since then I don’t use the oven method.

Low-temp oven worked with white flour in the past, but it made my pasta look yellow

Processed white Pasta, some of the worst food to eat. Rice is much better for Ya.

Sometimes only rice can become monotonous
