I think a remote gate will slow some of it down. A solar powered electric fence will slow the rest of them down even if its not on. Maybe bobbed wire deer will jump both.

I would caution you not to make life changing decisions until after the election & life settles for the good or bad. Nothing says YT will still exist after things settle or at what level. If the currency changes (& sometime it will) who knows how everyone will be able to make ends meet. If you have a job & secure in it don't break ties & do yourself in, like you did with your disability insurance plan. Know what I mean. A concerned subscriber/viewer. Ridge Life is looking good.
bother if you're waiting until spring to start your home for personal reasons that's one thing but if your as you said looking for warmer temps in spring you should re think it those guys need all the work they can get in the winter. that's what they do for a living they still have bills and need to work and feed there families in the winter and if you have your concrete done they would only need 2 to 4 days to put a roof over it i have a friend there in Hardin county and i know he hats when people say well i will call you when the weather warms up . lol he says yep you and 1000 others will call then lol
