4 euro cooking oil, 2-3 euro bread, 2 euro eggs, rent monthly 300-400 euros in Frankfurt, 150-170 euro for maintenance, gas and electricity charges monthly, 110 euro medical insurance monthly, 70 euros bus transportation till university monthly, 250 euros monthly on food. From what I've read, after graduating from an accredited German university (which should be almost all), you are allowed to apply for a work finders visa where you have 6 months to find a job that relates to your qualifications, and once you've worked and lived in Germany for 2 years, you are eligible to apply for a German PR.

Check on job seeking websites about mechanical jobs. The city which has the most jobs will be best.
Normally the bigger city the better.
München - Bayern are best for Engineers jobs.

Bro you said that Germany offers free education and there's no tuition fee. But they say there's almost 150-300 euros tyrition per semester ... And 2ng thing u said that we can work and earn as much as but we pay tax .. so there are two things about work : 1 students can work and earn UpTo 400 euros without giving tax .. and 2: you are saying u can earn as much as but u have to pay tax ..
So is it possible to earn as much as possible while he is on student visa ?
1: Education is free there is no tuition fee, this 150-300 euros are semester contribution, after paying this you job travel card on which you can travel without buying a ticket, apart from this you get many student facilities, this 150-300 euros are nothing here, you can earn this amount in 2 days.
2: Students are allowed to work maximum 20 hours a week, not more than that. So you can not earn as much as possible.
3: There are 2 type of jobs,
First type is mini job in which you have to earn less than 450 Euros* in month in this case you don't pay any tax.
Second Type is Student job/Part time job in which you are allowed to work 20 hours a week and you have to pay approx. 10% tax monthly on your income.
4. Normally Students earn from 700 to 1500 Euros monthly.
