Can you jump start a Mercedes GLA 250 with a Toyota Prius?

For the GLA is there any know battery voltage issues. I came out of the house on a cold morning with the car not able to start but all functionality with entertainment and dashboard lights. Thanks in advance!

Where is the video to pop the hood. My car is completely dead

Most likely the low voltage set the CEL. Just reset it
