I went to visit all the model homes there this past weekend with my family, and they absolutely loved the neighborhood. The downside to living out there is that you're 25 minutes from 290 and I10, and there is no shopping, restaurants, or groceries. I was unable to convince my wife to move there. How would you convince someone to move to the country? My dream home is the Sitterle Model Home. I need to call you when they open the new section in July. Thanks!
@@TomQTran Living anywhere has its ups and downs. In town, we enjoy more convenience and shorter commutes. In the suburbs or outer areas, things are farther away, and there are fewer options for restaurants. However, since moving out here, we’ve experienced fewer city problems, such as panhandlers or congested traffic. It’s very quiet. Kids can play outside in a big yard, and dogs have plenty of space to run. It’s not for everyone, but once you experience the freedom, it’s hard to go back to living in town. I would love to help you find a home. 🏠

@@TomQTran HOA to maintaince common area. Big lake and play ground and landscaping . Ranch style and big lot. Privacy fence cost too much
