Highly suggest reading Dr. Gabor Mates "When the Body Says No". It links autoimmune disease to mental health, especially around how repressed emotions show up in the body. From this, I suggest working with a therapist, perhaps a somatic therapist, to work with how the body holds trauma and to release that. Managing chronic stress is another important factor to work with a therapist. This on top of diet, medications, vitamin D, calcium, collegen, and body movement/strength training, it will help with symptoms. I know one person with RA where her symptoms went into remission. It may be hard but it is possible.

After 6 years of crippling joint pain and swelling - I have finally been referred to a rheumatologist. Didn't get any real help or a diagnosis (just lots of painkillers) because nothing has shown in my blood tests. Until recently, no-one wanted to even look at my joints or discuss my symptoms. This gives me so much hope. Thank you! 4 weeks to go...

Ana I know this is 6 months later but I'm so happy to hear that you've gotten the help you finally needed. I do hope that you're doing well and that you keep up the good fight! Praying for you and hope you're surrounded by people that care 🙏

He is promoting himself. But failed to answer the cause of it and how to control it. He wanted people to just go to these kind of doctors to take western medicine and to become patient which will give them fixed revenue. He didn't talk about diet, nutrition, toxin's and other major points which are responsible for all the diseases effecting people these days. Real doctors should give hope to the patient not to scare them.

I had a lot of pain in my hands and feet and cut out almost all meat, fish and dairy. The arthritic pain went away. I still have a broken bone in my foot from years ago that hurts sometimes.

I have no idea if this applies to anyone else. But I've had rh arthritis caused by a few things, and removing those it healed quickly. 1. holding my cell phone all day on cellular: cell signal is much stronger than wifi, I had it on cell because my wifi was spotty. The emf caused carpal tunnel and shoulder arthritis on that arm over time 2. My town's tap water is insanely fluoridated, accidentally I presume, at 5ppm which is worse than India. Literally washing my hands 10 times a day gave me rh. I avoid tap like the pest now. 3. This one is a bit out there, but a few years ago I developed severe ankle arthritis out of the blue, couldn't step on it. Long story short it was cyst of a parasite (hookworm I believe) in my joints that activated. A bit of oral ivermectin and pain was gone. Had to repeat a few times because the iver wakes up dormant cystic parasites that then cause pain.
    EDIT: see response

All of the above were true. But these things were only a problem because I became overly sensitized to them by the real root cause.
Which was iron overload from a few decades of iron accumulation mainly from a normal diet (though I already had symptoms in childhood). Only symptom still left so far is eyesight, after 7 months of cutting out every iron containing food and twice edta chelation going to sleep and getting up. Also big muscle gains with little work recently.

It’s not a ‘fair is lovely’ thing. It’s a constant message from medical community to cover up with high spf sunscreen. Nobody suggests rheumatologist. They said I had arthritis/ankolizing spondelosis and did no treatment, no references to rheumatologist or suggestions. And no suggestion for exercise. That is why I am surfing through Dr TH-cam for TED talks.
