Girl you should drink ginger tea or raspberry leaf tea for your cramps, eating fruits like bananas and pineapple also help. Try as much as possible to limit sugar and dairy during TOM because that makes cramps worse. Glad you’re feeling better and posting more! ☺️💕

Let me pyo real quick for cramps during our monthly cycle -liquid chlorophyll!! Works like a charm to melt away cramps and all natural compared to having to take pain relievers. But it only does work for cramps only not other side effects of our cycles like cravings, fatigue, etc. Not to mention it keeps your skin on point as well! You will have to take it periodically because the egg at does wear off after a couple of hours so I drink it diluted in water about 3-4x a day whenever I feel the cramps kicking in!
