Anybody from minority tribes in Nigeria like Kila will not see anything good in restructuring system. If we want to see the Nigeria doing well, restructuring is the only way to go

A society not driven by merit is bound to fail.
Righteousness exalts a nation and merit drives a purpose.
This is absolutely lacking in today's captured Nigeria.

There you go again, a professor who think speaking English makes him intelligent. My thoughts.. Nigeria problem is structural and lack of people constitution to sum it up. we are multi ethnic group,so let’s go back to regional system and let’s decentralised. UK is smaller in size than Nigeria but consist of 4 nations and each nation develop at its own pace and together United Kingdom without any prejudice. Secondly,we need a well spelt out people’s constitution written by every representative from all regions, so we can correct the injustice and be fairer to all. That will erase the suspicion and promote the spirit of togetherness and progress

You guys fail to understand that Northerners are happily enjoying and appreciating their regional government, however unfortunately a chunk of igbo blood-mongers butchered our leaders mercilessly, so it will be stupid of us to return to the forgotten Regional government by the dictate of the grandchildren of those Holocaust advocates.

Prof Kila, does second term cause politicians to do well? Behavious is more complex than that. Your model is long term not immediate it cannot be achieved in a hurry. It is better to go gradually to solve the problem. We are ethnic peoples how can we transit from that to a National people.

He said nothing of importance. All these fake professors with their western orientation. What is democracy? Government of the people by the people for the people. Who are the people? Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa, Kanuri, Edo, Ijaw and so on. Means government based on ethnicity like the system in Switzerland. What is wrong with that? Cmon. Stop the grammar jare!!

The issue is will there ever be TRUE UNITY? The country is a highly heterogeneous one and in over 60 years our elders have not been able to foster unity amongst us. It’s a shame to be honest.

I like listening to Arise people but they need to avoid the practice of bringing in people who are removed from reality, reformers who major in grammar. Don't be deceived there are many highly educated people who tune in to your programmes

This man speaks theory. His prognosis does not mean anything. He is in denial of the current Nigeria reality.

Very sorry watching and hearing what this man is ranting about,he pretends not to recognise the fact how the south west and the north constantly with the issues of ethnicity and religion even non existent factual demographic data about their regions to be and remain presiding at the federal level with that belief and slogan mind set.

Rotation of elective and even appointive political offices in Nigeria is the panacea for the instability that has visited the country's democratic experiment since 1999. The democratic ideal of equality of people cannot and will never work in a Nigeria that has been permanently divided along ethnoreligious and geopolitical lines.
We will never make progress for as long as we try to be idealistic about democracy. Let rotation be Nigeria's contribution to the development of democracy in any multireligious and multiethnic country like Nigeria.
