An extra 1-200ms without power delivery every single up-shify adds up over the course of a lap. I wouldnt be surprised if the differences hit 3-5 seconds just because it gets more power to the ground.

My first car magazine was about the 15th anniversary Corvette. Zora Duntov talked about a mid engine Corvette way back then. Loved them ever since reading that awesome mag.
Guys for cali should have leave the wrapper on while driving back to CA to protect the car from road debris etc... I would peel only the essential off and leave the main protective wrapping on.

This is why I've followed Street Speed for years. This guy bought the C8 because he is genuinely a fan and enthusiast. Versus the majority of other TH-camrs who ordered one primarily because they wanted to ride the hype train and get more views. It's like the Supra phase all over again. Awesome spec though, look forward to the C8 content!
The thing is yes it’s a base model but tj spent 93k for his after options. You can get one for 60k I’m sure after the hype dies but with any options it sky rockets. Still cheap for what it is though.

I believe it redlines at 6500 and it wasn't letting him rev above 3500 so I think it's pretty youtuber proof
