  • This is To smart township by windlas developer.
    Society plan is good but still under construction.
    Ganga and Bhagirath phase (2 BHK) are constructed and families are living there.
    But Alaknanda and Raveri phase (3-4 BHK) are under construction.
    I seem this project very beautiful and well connected with major places.
    I feel the price is little bit high.

    Look i also visited this site. I didn't book just because of hi-tension wire going between the flat which u can see at the center. They said it will be removed but I can see it's still there. Pros they have enough space and ground to play roam around like society in noida but can't compare the benefits u get in noida. It's still underdeveloped. The project is going at a very very slow rate. And why buy flat in dehradun when land is available at the center of dehradun. Flat can be bought any time. But not land. Just a tip

    Yeh project pura ho payega ?Builder default kab kar dega pata nahi already banks ka bahut karza hai.Commercial jaise mall ,etc ki toh khudai bhi nahi shuru hui hai.

      Yes.
      I feel the same when I been there.
      Project jaisa dikhaya hai utna kaam pura nahi hua hai. Malls, school, medical facilities are still pending.

      Aur ek baat agar HDFC Bank loan nahi de raha hai to pakka kuch issue hai.hdfc ke barabar due diligence SBI ka bhi nahi hota.isne jonyeh ganga,bhagirathi banaye Hain to yeh affordable Wale complete kiye jisse baaki project le liye banks se funding le sake

      Apartment rate in Soceity are higher in Dehradun.
      Even higher than Noida area.

      Ohh if so then There is huge rise in current price.
      For 3 BHK we liked they were asking 68L excluding cost of registration.

      ago noida west flat prices shoot up unnecceserily from 3500/ squre to 5-6k /sq feet .so now nobody buying flats here.you still get arihant adobe in sectore 10 3 bhk around 42lakh .

    Builder scams are rampant in North India. Do not waste your money in these. Try to make a small house yourself.
